Over-the-counter drug products sit under FDA oversight from manufacture through distribution. Your fulfillment provider is part of that chain, whether or not they behave like it.

That means lot-level traceability on every unit, expiration date capture at receiving, FEFO picking so the oldest sellable stock ships first, and the ability to execute a recall with speed and documentation. These are not premium features. They are the conditions of operating in the category.

Recall Readiness as a Query, Not a Search

The measure of a compliant fulfillment operation is what happens in the first hour of a recall. If a lot is implicated, you need to know how many units remain in inventory, how many shipped, which orders they went to, and which retail accounts received them.

Because lot data is captured at receiving and carried through pick, pack, and ship, that answer is a database query. Providers who track only at SKU level cannot produce it at all.

FEFO Picking & Expiration Management

OTC products carry expiration dating that affects both compliance and saleability. Retail accounts reject shipments with insufficient remaining shelf life, and consumers notice.

We pick first-expired-first-out by default, monitor approaching expiration across your inventory, and can alert you on lots entering a window you define, so you can promote, discount, or divert before the product becomes a write-off.

Retail & Marketplace Channels

OTC brands sell across drug chains, mass retail, grocery, Amazon, and their own DTC storefront. Each retail account publishes routing guide requirements covering carton labeling, pallet configuration, ASN timing, and shelf-life minimums.

We connect through SPS Commerce for 850, 856, and 810 EDI transactions, and handle retail-ready packaging and pallet building to specification. Amazon FBA prep, including FNSKU labeling and polybagging, runs in-house.

Kitting, Bundling & Display Assembly

Multi-pack SKUs, promotional bundles, and retail display units are handled in-house across our facilities, which removes the step of shipping inventory to a separate co-packer before it reaches fulfillment.
